This policy covers Archwake, formerly Daily Quest Fitness, by Guardian Kenny Studios. No Archwake account or login is required.

Your fitness progress

Your profile, workouts, ascent history, XP, streaks, avatar choices, strength records, body and fuel logs, equipment, and preferences are stored on your device. Archwake does not upload this fitness information to a developer server or RevenueCat. Cloud Save is disabled in this release. The Android home-screen widget uses a local summary of your progress.

Android backup and exported files

Android may include app data in your device backup and restore it after a reinstall or device transfer. This is managed by Android and your Google account under Google’s privacy policy; Guardian Kenny Studios cannot access that backup. You control device backup in Android settings.

Export and Import are optional actions you start in Settings. Export creates a profile file that goes only where you choose to save or share it. It can contain your fitness logs, so choose its destination carefully. Imported files are processed locally.

Plus purchases and RevenueCat

Android offers an optional, one-time Plus unlock through Google Play. Google Play handles payment; Archwake does not receive your payment-card details. iOS purchases are not available in this release.

The RevenueCat SDK connects after your local profile loads to check and restore purchase entitlements, including when you have not bought Plus. It processes a generated anonymous app-user ID, app/device/platform information, and available store purchase history, product and transaction details. Archwake does not send it your name, email, phone number, or fitness logs.

RevenueCat processes this information for purchase verification, entitlement management, fraud prevention, and purchase reporting/analytics. Billing traffic is encrypted in transit. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their handling and retention practices. No advertising or attribution integrations are configured in the app.

Reminders, permissions, and advertising

Daily reminders are optional and scheduled on your device. Notification permission is requested when you enable them; the app does not register a push token or send your reminder settings to a server. Archwake does not access Health Connect, Google Fit, Apple Health, your camera, photo library, or location. The file picker and share sheet are used for files you select. No ads or separate advertising, crash-reporting, or usage-analytics SDK is configured. Purchase reporting through RevenueCat is described above. Personal data is not sold.

Retention and deletion

Local profile data stays on your device until you reset it, replace it with an imported profile, or remove the app. Settings → Reset Progress clears the app’s fitness profile and refreshes its widget. Android may restore a device backup after reinstalling. Resetting progress does not delete files you previously exported, your Google backup, store transaction records, or RevenueCat’s purchase records.

To request deletion of purchase data processed for Archwake, contact guardiankennystudios@gmail.com. Include the purchase support ID shown in Settings → Privacy Policy when available, so we can locate the anonymous RevenueCat record. Do not send payment-card details or your full fitness export. We will handle the request with our service providers, subject to records they must retain for legal, transaction, or fraud-prevention requirements. Deleting purchase records can affect purchase restoration. Refunds and Google Play account data are handled by Google.

Support and policy changes

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send and use them to respond and resolve your request. We retain support correspondence as needed for that purpose and applicable obligations. Ask us to delete it using the same contact address.

We will update this policy before introducing new data practices, such as active cloud sync or health-platform integrations. The current policy is available at archwake.com/privacy/ and from Settings.
